Children learn about grouping the foods into different groups according to their nutrient content in this subject. Inclusion of these food groups in our daily meals is important to provide an adequate diet. This knowledge is essential to make sure that you are eating the right food in the right quantities. PRESIDIANS PRACTICE THE ART OF GRATITUDE

16-07-2021
"Gratitude is an affirmation of goodness." An attitude of gratitude means that you operate from a place of abundance instead of a place of scarcity and fear. Hence, our tiny tots were guided by their teachers to learn the practice of being grateful for everything that they have in their lives. An expression of gratitude acknowledges the importance of people, things, events, and the difference they make to us. We express our gratitude to convey our warm and friendly feelings. Students were also told if somebody is helpful and kind to us in thought or action, we need to express gratitude or return our thankful feelings. When good things happen in our lives or when we are with the ones we love, and when we are grateful and express our gratitude, the feeling of love and tenderness grows.
