Ek Bharat Sreshtha Bharat is a program that aims to enhance interaction & promote mutual understanding between people of different states/UTs through state/UT pairing. It helps us celebrate India's idea as a nation wherein different cultural units across varied geographies merge and interact with each other and enable people to imbibe the innate chord of binding and brotherhood. With Presidium's ongoing commitment to "Experiential learning" and to ensure that students enjoy and learn new things, a multiple assessment activity was organized under the theme of "EK BHARAT SHRESHTHA BHARAT" where students of Grade 7th and 8th prepared a PowerPoint presentation in which they included Soil and Forests of the states Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya. The students included different soil types, trees, crops, benefits, endangered species, factors affecting soil erosion, and steps taken by the government to prevent soil erosion and deforestation. Our young and talented Presidians possessed diverse talents, communication skills, strengths and thoroughly enjoyed presenting their work in teams.
