TEACHERS' TRAINING: EMPOWERING TEACHERS TO CREATE CHAMPIONS
“It’s the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.” Albert Einstein
It’s not bricks and mortar that make a school. Of the many things that give an educational institution its soul, perhaps the most important, are the teachers. Following this principle, Presidium ensures that its teachers continue to learn to be able to teach better. An enriching and knowledgeable workshop with a series of discussions, interactions and video presentations was conducted for teachers so as to augment their ability in identifying different ways in which they can fortify students’ strength and raise them as future leaders. The workshop started with modules on micro teaching, TLM creation, art and craft session followed by a high energy Zumba session wherein teachers participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The workshop ended on the note to teach, inspire and rouse students, both inside and outside the classroom.
