CREATIVITY & ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE SOARS HIGH AT COLOURING CONTEST
Drawing and colouring is an ultimate source of fun time!
Keeping this in mind and to explore the creative potentials in the young minds of our grade 3 students, an Inter-Class Drawing and Colouring Competition was recently conducted at Presidium, Indirapuram. The theme of the activity was 'flower pot and flowers' and 'magical world under water'. Showcasing their creative skills in drawing and colouring, the budding artists came up with amazing artwork. Each drawing was done so beautifully by the children that it was a treat to the eyes. Students proved that they not only excel in academics, but also shine in exhibiting their creativity!

At Presidium Indirapuram, we believe that every student is gifted and should be given an opportunity to showcase his/her hidden talent and prowess. With the same belief, our Storytellers Academy for Mass Communication organised an Intra-Class Recitation Competition for students of grade nursery. Enriching the diction, speech and memory of the tiny tots, the fun-filled competition also enabled them to express their feelings through facial expression and gestures. The children made all the characters of each rhyme come alive and exhibited unmatched confidence and poise on stage. Such competitions are truly, a platform for young talents to develop confidence for speaking fluently and coherently!
YOUNG PRESIDIANS CELEBRATE THE BOND OF LOVE ON MOTHER'S DAY
Mothers hold their children’s hand for a short while, but their hearts forever!
Considering that Mother’s Day is a great way to express gratitude for all the wonderful things our mothers do for us, Presidians of Indirapuram recently took the stage to showcase this love in the form of a special assembly. They put together dazzling performances through dance and theatrical acts. The song 'Meri Ma' performed by our zealous kids depicted the unconditional love of mothers. Expressed themselves and presenting their beautiful thoughts on love for mothers on this lovely day, the leaders of tomorrow relished this amalgamation of treasured moments.
SUDHA MA'AM HONOURS THE YOUNG ACHIEVERS OF PRESIDIUM INDIRAPURAM

We at Presidium Indirapuram believe in fostering and prizing such determination of our leaders of tomorrow. Recently, to acknowledge the extraordinary achievements of our students in academics, sports and co–curricular activities, the grand ceremony – CHAIRPERSON HONOURS was organized. The ceremony was graced by the presence of honourable chairperson of Presidium, Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the visionary behind this majestic event of appreciation. Around 100 students were felicitated on this occasion and it was a moment of great pride for their parents to see their young wards being honoured. Our dearest Sudha Ma'am congratulated and encouraged the students to surge forth in life with dedication and commitment. The leaders of tomorrow pledged to heighten their endeavours to make our great nation proud!

A great honour was recently bestowed upon the students of Presidium Indirapuram with the much-awaited Investiture ceremony. Graced by our honourable chairperson, Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the event aimed at felicitating the Presidians with a position in the esteemed Student Council for the session 2018-19. Led by the Head Boy and the Head Girl, the leaders of tomorrow were overwhelmed to receive the badges of honour and prestige from their dearest Sudha Ma'am. With extreme pride and joy, the newly elected office holders promised to fulfill their duties and responsibilities as Student Council members and ended the ceremony with an oath to keep the flag of the school as well as the country waving high, with all its might.
CHAMPIONS OF IP OUTSHINE IN THE INTER-PRESIDIUM TABLE TENNIS

With the determination to break all the records, our Presidians of Indirapuram recently participated in the 3rd Inter-Presidium Table Tennis Tournament Championship. The event was graced by the honourable chairperson of Presidium, our dearest Sudha Ma'am, who also humbly shared the table tennis court with the young athletes. Witnessing participation of more than 132 students from different branches, the competition featured 30 matches under different age categories for both boys and girls. Our budding sports champions awed the audience with their winning strokes and wrote their name in golden letters of the history of the championship. Besides bagging the most-celebrated Overall Best Branch Trophy, Presidium IP also won in Under-10 Boys, Under-12 Girls, Under-12 Boys, Under-15 Boys and Under-15 Girls categories. Also, the Best Player trophy was brought home by Aditya (Under-12 Boys category), Avisha (Under-12 Girls category), Abhiveer (Under-15 Boys category), Alankriti (Under-15 Girls category) and Nishant (Under-10 Boys category). Receiving prestigious trophies, shields and certificates from Sudha Ma'am, took the confidence of our leaders of tomorrow to newer heights and the zeal to not settle for anything less than victory was clearly evident in their eyes.
BUDDHA PURNIMA UNFOLDS AMBIANCE OF TRANQUILLITY AT PRESIDIUM

To enrich our grade 4 students' minds with a thought-provoking experience, a special assembly on the occasion of Buddha Purnima was recently organized at Presidium, Indirapuram. The young learners came together to commemorate the might, wisdom and preaching of Lord Buddha, whose emphasis on conduct and righteousness has greatly augmented the Indian society. A discussion on life and times of Gautama Buddha and Buddha Purnima took place, wherein various teachings of Gautama Buddha like his insights on the strength of mind and soul were shared. This was followed by a session of meditation with teachers and students chanting 'Om Mani Padme Hum', which unfolded an ambiance full of calmness and tranquillity.
BHARATNATYAM EXPONENT SMT. CHANDERSHEKHAR GRACES WORLD DANCE DAY
Dance is a conversation between the body and the soul!
Presidium Indirapuram, in collaboration with SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music And Culture Amongst Youth), celebrated forthcoming World Dance Day recently with a pre-eminent Indian classical dance form performance by the renowned dancer, Shrimati Ragini Chandershekhar. A leading exponent, choreographer and a Guru of Indian classical dance – Bharatnatyam, the dignitary was glowing with the rare magic of purity and adherence to the traditional form. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp and a warm welcome note presented by the Presidians where the learners spoke on the importance of World Dance Day and emphasized on the inspirational motivation behind organizing a SPIC MACAY event based on the classical genre of dance. The performers displayed a unique presentation, portraying a distinctive amalgamation of the life and culture of a captivating traditional dance form. At the end of the event, Mrs. Chandershekhar interacted with the students and satiated their queries by sharing interesting facts and valuable inputs. The skilled and consummate artist was applauded and a token of thanks and appreciation was presented to them!
PRESIDIANS APPRECIATE THE UNIQUENESS OF OUR PLANET ON EARTH DAY

Considering that Earth Day is all about appreciating the uniqueness of our planet with its incredible biodiversity, our grade 3 students recently celebrated 'earth week' at Presidium, Indirapuram. The idea behind this celebration was to make the young learners aware of how important it is not to harm earth in any way and instead, conserve its environment as it is the only planet in the universe where we have air to breathe and water to drink. The students started by making badges, showing a picture of earth, which were worn by both them and their teachers. They proactively participated in some activities, related to earth and its conservation, and found them to be very informative. Stressing on the question 'how can I help the earth?', the leaders of tomorrow planted a sapling in the garden of school!
