“A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning.” Teacher’s day- A special day dedicated to all the teachers, is celebrated all over India on 5 September to honour one of the greatest Scholars, Diplomats, President of our country, and most importantly a great teacher- Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. Each teacher plays a vital role in making the students' accountable citizens of tomorrow and yet the leaders of tomorrow. So in honour of the teachers who indulge in the thankless work all throughout the year, the little Presidians presented a token of love to the teachers in the form of songs and poems and celebrated Teacher’s day with great gusto and gaiety. Students presented special acts depicting their favorite teacher. Students acknowledged their teachers, by their sweet words, who bestowed love and care on them every single moment.

Culmination activities not just enhance and discover the skills of students, but also shows what knowledge you learned and skills that were improved and earned. Keeping this in mind a culmination was organized in grade nursery. Students enjoyed recapitulation of different topics done under different themes like Myself, summer season and rainy season, etc.

Krishna Janmashtami, also known simply as Janmashtami or Gokulashtami, is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu. The birthday of Lord Krishna was celebrated by the students of Presidium School with great fervor and gaiety. The young Presidians were dressed up as Radha and Shri Krishna. It brought devotion, creativity, enjoyment, and fun all together. A splendidly colorful setup was created online, and the entire environment was full of festivity and zest. The students presented songs, bhajan, and dance performances dedicated to Lord Krishna. To further enhance the knowledge of students about the festival of Janmashtami, the mythological stories of Krishna, Radha, Kans – were shown to them. The students made various crafts like matki making and Lord Krishna’s flute-bansuri. The students were delighted to hear the stories of little Krishna and his playful acts.

Sports are very essential for every human life which keeps them fit, fine and gives physical strength. Sports in school help in preparing students to face the challenges of life. They enhance the physical and mental abilities of students and help them achieve the goals of their life. One can realize the importance of sports by the various national and international sporting events organized all over the world. With the same viewpoint, the little leaders of Presidium in the Junior wing did various physical development exercises. In the Senior wing, students were divided into teams and were asked to create a game/sports which they played in the class with other teammates. These activities build a spirit of enthusiasm and enhance the intellectual and mindful skills of the students which are an essential part of Sports.

Brothers and Sisters are not just connected by blood, they are connected by heart with the string of love and care. This festival celebrates the bond of love and affection between brothers and sisters. To celebrate this bond our little Presidians were dressed up in Ethnic Attire. They made Rakhi cards and beautiful Rakhi using colourful papers, beads, and molly. They also tied the knot of affection created by them with their teachers on the wrists of their parents and their siblings. The students were educated about the significance of this festival also because of which heartwarming memories were created. They were shown a short video about Raksha Bandhan.

World Photography Day is celebrated on August 19 every year. The day is dedicated to the art, craft, science, and history of photography. A photograph is nothing but a diverse bag of sentiments taking place at a particular moment, revealed beautifully through the language of photography. It delivers countless feelings and emotions to the personality who clicks the photograph and those who appreciate it. The most notable part is encouraging young aspiring professionals and enthusiastic candidates to pursue photography as a passion. Students of Grade 1 made photo frames for their loved ones and pasted their pictures on them. Grade 4 students stepped out with their cameras and captured beautiful rain-washed surroundings, people, nature, or architecture, they also photographed the monsoon mood of absolutely anything.
